Ingredients
- 500g sprouts, washed and trimmed
- 300g pork, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the sprouts and peanuts to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the sprouts are slightly wilted.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the mixture over the sprouts and pork, stirring well to coat.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender-crisp.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
