Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
