How To Make Prawn & Black Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened.

Return the prawns to the pan and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
