How To Make Pork & Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return pork to the skillet and add cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce mixture and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot.
