How To Make Pork & Noodle Pan-Fry with Sweet & Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the sliced pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them.

  6. Toss the noodles and pork in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

  7. Serve the pork and noodle pan-fry garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
