Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them.

Toss the noodles and pork in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Serve the pork and noodle pan-fry garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
