Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup green beans, sliced
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender. Remove from pan and set aside.

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Slice cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.

In the skillet, add cooked rice noodles, green beans, chicken strips, and oyster sauce mixture. Stir well to combine and heat through.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
