Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.

Add the bell pepper, carrot, snow peas, and bean sprouts to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce has thickened.

Serve the chicken chop suey hot over steamed rice or noodles.
