- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

Marinate the chicken breasts in the orange juice mixture for at least 15 minutes.

In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade.

Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the hot skillet.

Cook chicken until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the reserved marinade and bring to a boil.

Add the cornstarch slurry to the boiling marinade, stirring constantly until thickened.

Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the thickened sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serve the Asian Orange Chicken over steamed rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
