How To Make 10-Minute Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
