Ingredients
- 4 steak cuts (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to high heat.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, soy sauce, ginger, and minced garlic.
