Ingredients
- 2 onions, quartered
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 leek, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 1 parsnip, chopped
- 1 turnip, chopped
- 8 cups of water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
