- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup bok choy, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sriracha sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and cilantro until well combined.

Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add bok choy, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir well.

Gently drop the wontons into the boiling broth and cook for 3-5 minutes, until they float to the surface.

Serve the wonton soup hot, garnished with additional green onions and cilantro. Add a dash of Sriracha sauce for extra heat, if desired.
