- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 12 store-bought potstickers (frozen or fresh)
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened and fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil.

Add the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and green onions to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
