How To Make Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
A comforting and hearty soup made with tender chicken, egg noodles, and flavorful broth.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups egg noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes, or until tender.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer and add the shredded chicken and egg noodles.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ladle into bowls and top with fresh parsley if desired.
