Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add the diced potatoes, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the pot. Stir well to coat the potatoes with the spices.
