- 2 cups shucked oysters
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
