- 4 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of tomato juice
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup of vodka
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 celery stalks, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic until softened.

Add the tomato juice, vegetable broth, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, celery salt, and black pepper to the pot.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
