- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 lb of cod fish, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.

Add potatoes, chicken broth, and thyme, bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.

Add corn, milk, and cod fish, simmer for another 10 minutes until fish is cooked through.
