Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, shredded cheese, cilantro, and lime for toppings
Instructions

Add chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to crockpot.
