Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the celery and carrots to the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
