- 6cupschicken broth
- 3cupssplit lentils
- 4andouille sausage links,cut into cubes
- 1½tspcumin,ground
- 1tspchili powder
- ½tspturmeric,ground
- 10ozcremini mushrooms,(2 packages) coarsely chopped
Instructions

Combine the chicken broth, lentils, sausage, cumin, chili powder, and turmeric in a large pot.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the lentils are tender.
