- 1 pound of split peas, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
