Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 2 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir well.

Set the slow cooker on High for 4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.
