How To Make Vegan Slow Cooker BBQ Jackfruit Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cans of jackfruit, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Shred jackfruit with a fork and add it into the slow cooker with diced onions and garlic.

In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.

Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the jackfruit and stir well.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours.

Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings (coleslaw, pickles, etc.)
