  • 4 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup barley
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the sliced apples, barley, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
