Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and top with celery, onion, and mushrooms.

In a mixing bowl, combine bread, chicken broth, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the bread mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
