How To Make Shredded Chicken (Cafe Rio Copycat)
Shredded chicken slow cooked until juicy and flavorful is a great companion to a variety of dishes such as salads, tacos, burritos, and sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2lbschicken breasts,boneless skinless
- 1cupzesty Italian dressing
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- ½tbspchili powder
- ½tbspground cumin
- 3tbspdry ranch dressing mix
- ½cupwater
Instructions

Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Add chicken to slow cooker.

In a small bowl combine Italian dressing, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, ranch dressing and water. Pour over chicken and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or Low for 5 to 6.

Remove chicken from crockpot and shred. Add chicken back to juices and serve with salad/burritos/tacos. Enjoy!
