How To Make Fall Off The Bone Slow Cooker Short Ribs
Try this fall of the bone short ribs on your next dinner and the family will surely be surprised! This slow cooker dish combines carrots and tomato paste.

Ingredients
- 10beef short ribs
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tbspolive oil
- 5large carrots,sliced
- 1cupbeef broth
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
- ¼cuptomato paste
- 1tbspworcestershire sauce
- 1tbspItalian seasoning
Instructions

Salt and pepper the beef short ribs. Heat a large skillet with the olive oil over medium high heat.

Add the short ribs and sear each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until they have a golden brown crust. Remove from skillet and add to the slow cooker and add the carrots on top.

In a small bowl whisk the beef broth, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning. Add to the slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or High 4 to 5 hours.
