How To Make Easy Slow Cooker Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a greased slow cooker, layer half of the sliced potatoes.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes in the slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, chicken broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Pour half of the cheese mixture over the first layer of potatoes in the slow cooker.

Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes and cheese mixture.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
