How To Make Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
Tender and juicy pork seasoned with Texas-style spices and slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Once done, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

Serve the pulled pork hot on buns or with your favorite sides.
