Ingredients
- 4 cups of watermelon, diced
- 1 pound of cooked prawns
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, cooked prawns, sliced avocados, red onion, mint leaves, and cilantro leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the lime dressing over the watermelon mixture and gently toss to combine.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
