How To Make Tuna Melt

Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Butter for grilling
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Spread the tuna mixture evenly over 4 slices of bread. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese and another slice of bread.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each sandwich and place them butter-side down in the skillet.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip the sandwiches. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crisp.

Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before serving. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and enjoy!
