Ingredients
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 lb fresh tuna, thinly sliced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the sliced tuna, lime juice, olive oil, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated tuna for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly charred. Remove from heat and let cool.

Assemble the tostadas by placing a slice of grilled tuna on each shell. Top with avocado slices and garnish with additional cilantro if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
