Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, spring onions, and chili (if using) and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and broth. Pour the sauce over the prawns and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the prawns are coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
