How To Make Sweet & Hot Prawn & Pineapple Curry

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are soft and translucent.

Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and curry powder. Stir well to coat the onions.

Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Add pineapple chunks and coconut milk. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with salt to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
