How To Make Stuffed Mussels

Ingredients
- 24 fresh mussels
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub the mussels under cold water and remove any beards. Discard any mussels that are open or broken.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the mussels on a baking sheet. Spoon a small amount of the breadcrumb mixture onto each mussel.

Bake the mussels for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Serve the stuffed mussels with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
