Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets, grilled and flaked
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they become translucent.

Add the green peas to the skillet and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until they become tender.

Stir in the flaked grilled salmon and mix well with the peas and onions.

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and toss everything together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
