Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a food processor, blitz the prawns until minced.

In a bowl, combine the minced prawns, red chili, spring onion, garlic, ginger paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook the prawn cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
