Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta, cooked and cooled
- 2 small cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine.
