- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Arrange the smoked salmon on a platter or individual plates.

Drizzle the chilli and lime dressing over the smoked salmon.

Sprinkle with sliced chili, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro.
