Ingredients

  • 8 slices of smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Lay out the smoked salmon slices and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice.

  3. Roll up each slice tightly into a cigar shape.

  4. Place the rolled salmon on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
