- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Lay out the smoked salmon slices and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice.

Roll up each slice tightly into a cigar shape.

Place the rolled salmon on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
