Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 4 slices rye bread
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, chopped dill, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.

Place a slice of rye bread on a serving plate. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.

Layer some smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a sprinkle of capers and chopped red onion.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream cheese mixture on top.

Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
