How To Make Smoked Salmon & Lemon Scrambled Eggs

- 8 eggs
- 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are creamy and softly scrambled.

Add the chopped smoked salmon and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the scrambled eggs topped with fresh dill.
