Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- ½ cup sour cream
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.

Transfer the blinis to a platter and repeat with the remaining batter.

To serve, top each blini with a slice of smoked salmon and a dollop of sour cream.

Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
