How To Make Smoked Mackerel & Beetroot Toast Topper

Ingredients
- 4 slices of toasted bread
- 200g smoked mackerel fillets
- 2 cooked beetroots, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Lay the toasted bread slices on a serving platter.

Flake the smoked mackerel fillets with a fork and divide them evenly among the bread slices.

Top each slice with sliced beetroots and red onion.

Sprinkle fresh dill over the toasts and season with salt and pepper.
