How To Make Smoked Haddock Tartlets with Poached Eggs & Chives

Ingredients
- 4 ready-made tartlet shells
- 200g smoked haddock fillets
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the tartlet shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime, poach the smoked haddock fillets in simmering water for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the water and flake into small pieces.

Poach the eggs in a separate pot of simmering water for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

Remove the tartlet shells from the oven and fill each shell with the flaked smoked haddock.

Carefully place a poached egg on top of each tartlet and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle chopped fresh chives over the tartlets.

Serve the smoked haddock tartlets with poached eggs & chives immediately.
