Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.

In a separate bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch mixture, and water. Stir well.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the cooked shrimp. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add green onions and cilantro to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.

Serve the shrimp with lobster sauce over steamed rice or noodles.
