Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, sausage, bell pepper, red onion, garlic, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.

Spread the shrimp and sausage mixture out onto a sheet pan in an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the sausage is browned.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
