How To Make Seafood Curry

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Cooked rice or naan, for serving
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.

Stir in the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and chili powder. Cook for a minute to toast the spices.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add the shrimp, fish, and mussels to the pot. Stir well to coat the seafood with the curry sauce.

Season with salt and let the seafood cook for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve the seafood curry over cooked rice or with warm naan bread.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
