How To Make Seafood au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz scallops
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Fold in the cooked seafood and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and paprika. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the seafood mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
